Auburn,Washington:Caught in a small stream leading into the the Green river..caught a couple other small ones ,This is only one I thought to take a pic of. Quick pic,clean unhook,and back into the stream.

Looks like a rainbow trout parr. It can be really hard to nail down species at this size, though.
