I've been using cheap, flatbed inline method feeders from Amazon (Pic 2).
They're cheap and they work, but they're somewhat fragile. The plastic frames often get damaged during shipping, and the lead base has a tendency to separate from the plastic frame. I solved this second issue by disassembling them before use and securing the lead to the plastic frame with silicone sealant, but it's a PITA.
Because of this, I'm looking for other options and noticed the Inline Method Leads sold by Carp Angler (Pic 1).
Has anyone used these (or others with a similar design)?
What's are the pros & cons compared to flatbed feeders like I've been using? Durability, ability to hold packbait, etc…
If you've used the ones sold by Carp Angler, do they fit standard tail rubbers & size 8 swivels?
