That’s a really tough one! Is there any markings on the butt of the rod?
To me I’m guessing they might be shimano rods?! The writing markings are very similar to the old tribal logo from early 2000s before they made it all thicker! But that’s a very loose guess! Check the butt and the reel seating for any markings to look up. Failing that I would have thought a company like shimano and all the bigger ones would have put a marking on them so I would have thought that they are marked up. If not they could be bespoke or a later market third party rod. The cross wrap carbon was popular with people like darent valley in late 90s/2000s but then later around 2005 lots of Chinese imports like badger international and dragon carp started making them like this too before going into that carbon fibre look
