That is the kind of stingray that is everywhere, they are round and a pain in the butt. I’ve been stung twice while surfing and caught TONS over the years. I always feel bad especially the small ones because they have tiny mouths and if they swallow the hook it’s tough to remove it.

First glance I thought guitar fish but round stingray. Just step on the barb or hold it by the barb with a pair of pliers
