Just bought these for prime day as my 2nd rod. Any good or did I buy trash?

Them being Penn makes me think they can’t be really trash.

But I currently use a 10 foot fierce 4(?) rod and a 8000 reel which is just too much so wanted to get a lighter rod. Think I did good here?
