If I'm trout fishing, catch and release, am I able to fish through till Feb 18 on all waters unless they fall into other special regulations? Stocked trout waters and waters not managed as stocked waters encompass pretty much all waters right?

I’ve been told by a Game Warden that if a stream is stocked, it mostly adheres to the traditional season. There are special regs, like another user pointed out, and are mostly all catch and release and can fish year round. Stuff like a specific DHALO stretch on a stocked water like Pine Creek. I’ll add Class A Wild Trout Waters. Open year round. There’s a comprehensive list that’s pretty accessible.
