People always scream won’t work but if there is bait and a hook it will work. It might not be the best but it sure works

Not surprised, anything that looks like corn while they’re actively feeding will work as long as the hook is attached to it somehow.

Literally not one person said it wouldn’t work . Every single one of us including myself were giving you constructive criticism.

Most , if not all of us have been carp fishing for years and have learned that it’s all about giving yourself the best odds possible . If you watch the likes of korda underwater you would realise that for ever bite you get , you get done multiple times by other carp . Rig mechanics are really important in carp fishing because it’s one of the few styles of fishing where the anglers rely on the carp hooking themselves .

  4. What do you mean, that’s a cod, you bought that from a fishmongers…🤣😂😂… Only joking, that’s an excellent grass carp… Well done…

I would say about your rig, everything looks ok, but it would help with actual hooking, if the hooks eye turned inward, not out…(only my opinion, and yes, that is a real good fish)

If a fish can get the hook in it’s mouth there is every chance it will work maybe not as efficiently as other rigs but it’ll still work. Some people are just rig snobs
