Recently sent out an orvis reel to get repaired because it was missing the quick release cover and other parts relating to the drag mechanisms. They sent it back but there's this squeaking noise now. And the drag knob doesn't feel like how it was originally, it had a great amount of resistance when I try to turn it.
Anyone knows what's wrong?
