Betta Fish: Bloated or dropsy or healthy?

I’m confused if my boy’s bloated or its dropsy or completely normal.
No tank mates
Heater: yes
Filter: yes
Tank: 4.5 gallons
He’s very active and curious.

I feed him 2 dried bloodworms every day and he get very excited when I feed him and he eats them too.

The only thing worrying me is I’ve never seen him poop. Also is that a bloated belly or dropsy? although I’ve never seen the pine coning.Or is it a normal body type of bettas? Please acknowledge me.
