Received wrong size rod. Without rod tube. Package taped together. Half assembled. With a bit of bubble wrap. In a comically large box.
No apparent ferrule damage at least? Casts nice, if not overloaded with a 5wt line on it. 🤷♂️

Yeah I’d be asking for a replacement there. Ain’t no way I’m letting a $500 rod arrive like that. This is worse than sierra shipping shit in their 10ft long boxes.
