Makes up for so many outings gettin skunked. Was the leading edge of a low pressure system, barometer started dropping a couple hrs before sunset, so I thought it might be decent. Well, after 27 flags we stopped counting…setup a six board spread at 4:30p and we finally had a few minutes to sit down at 8p when the bite finally started to taper off. Brought four beauties home, had a lot of shorts (the lake min is 18”) and quite a few hit and drops. Only had three jumbo shiners left out of 2doz at the end of the night.
Made some good dinner tonight!
