The predator is carbureted so I put my boat fuel tank on the roof to gravity feed with the cap loose so it can let in air. The fuel line has a priming bulb to get the fuel flowing but the generator will still eventually stop due to it running out of fuel. When it does, I start the fuel flowing again with the priming bulb and I can hear the tank in the gen pop because it pulled such a vacuum.
What am I missing?

Vent the tank?
Fuel line is to small. Happens on boat outboard all the time.
Only to answer your question, and not commenting on anything else in the photo – it is not venting, youd need 2 hoses, one in, one out to vent.As a sidebar, does your auto insurance cover fire and explosions?
