Other than the rods on the side will come out slightly outward, it came out pretty decent. To keep the rods from moving around in the holder so much, I inserted the 1 1/4” cut on top and about 4” cut on the bottom.
Breakdown: 1 1/4” PVC Schedule 40
2 – 7.75” cut (any shorter would’ve gotten in the way of the rod holders on the cooler)
2 – 45° elbow
2 – 90° elbow
5 – cross
4 – 5”
5 – 1 1/4” cut insert for top & 4” cut for the bottom.
2 – self tap screws.
