Great start. Invest in quality fishing line as well.

You will
Also need a rod and real with line. Some sinkers and bait and an auger and spud and scoop. Sled and a bucket or two and some alcohol.
That’s a good start to a hobby!

You cannot be broke enough yet, you need to spend a lot more money! Also, be sure to buy something extremely gaudy that will never catch a fish, but will take up space in your tackle box, for at least 20 years.

I am partial to buckshot spoons of varying sizes. Great start though and be prepared to spend too much money every year. Although not technically necessary, I do not leave home without my flasher. Just a basic Marcum M1 is what I use.

Again I am an idiot. But if you were using a lure rather than live bait don’t you have to be jigging it by hand or have the device to do so? And where I live you can have five traps so how do you have five poles going at once?
