Cortland Procrest? Best way to find out is go to cortland website and try and find model. Or a google image search for the more tech savvy.

It’s an old Cortland, crown or pro crest, basically a rebranded Martin. Not worth a ton, might be interesting to a collector but it was a hardware store reel back when.
You might post this pic (and one of the other side, as well as the bottom of the foot) on one of the forums like fiberglassflyrodders.com or the classic fly rod forum.
