Caught a 20" Northern through the ice on Sunday and finally got around to cooking my fillets! Made some Pike tacos. Genuinely one of the tastiest fish I've had. I fillet the back strap first so I can see the Y bones top down to avoid them, so bones were no problem!

Those tacos look delicious. Cold water pike is maybe my favorite fish to eat
