Do these blades look bad enough to cause poor cutting? My 10” Ion auger has been cutting very slowly this year and I’m not sure if it’s a bad battery or old blades. My auger is about 5 years old and I have never replaced the blades but I only drill about 20 holes a year.

Probably just dull, try sharpening them and see if that makes a difference.
5 years will dull them pretty good, it’s ice.
Did you drop the /s on your post? Not sure if you’re asking for real or not, but I’ll assume you’re sincere.
Zooming in on your pics it looks like those edges are chipped up pretty badly all over. Hard to tell how bad the edge is exactly but it looks like there are chucks missing and there is a lot of glinting which looks like edge damage.
I bet if you sharpened them you’d see a world of difference.
