I just replaced the blades on my auger after 5 seasons of hard use. Finally drilled into a pile of rocks last week by accident. My brother has a wet stone I was thinking about attempting to sharpen these myself. For anyone who has sharpened their blades.. are these worth sharpening or are they too far gone?

You could take a couple swipes with the stone to knock the burrs down, these chipper blades will keep on cutting long after a normal blade would give in the ghost.
They can be tough to sharpen properly and will likely never cut as well as they did. 5 seasons? Treat yourself to set of new blades
I’ve tried a few times. Never as good as new
