My friend convinced me to buy a tank and I decided go with a 180L (47 gal) aquarium..I didn’t know what I was in for. Not knowing what cycling was till the day the tank was delivered. And having fish the next day, it was rough. Many bad stages of algae blooms and a few fish had passed away within the first two months. After hours and hours of YouTube I have finally gotten to this point where the tank barely requires maintenance and my two electric blue Acaras are breeding monthly. My 4 albino corydoras have been there since day one. In total there is: kribensis, two blue Acaras, 10 slate/bronze corydoras with 4 albino, 6 mystery snails, 1 L-236 pleco (I think), and my final favourite my angelfish. Today I have set up a new tank underneath which I will raise the blue Acaras and have a bunch of shrimp there too. Let me know what you all think (I had just fed them so water wasn’t as clear as usual)
