To be honest, the hours I’ve spent here trying to catch something is embarrassing. My 1st time ever walking up on my 1st cast I hit a bass and that was that for many trips.
Recently updated all my lines and adjusted lines to my reels and dedicated specific rods to lures and fishing styles.
Spoke to an avid local fisherman and he said cold front was coming through and it wouldn’t be good for fishing. Well, well, well on 4 casts with 6lb yellow braid and 6lb flurocarbon leader on a wacky rig I hit 2 bass. Walked away within 15 minutes riding high!
