Reinforced rod holder/stand: last time I took out new 5m rods and found they are a bit heavy for the current rod holders, the metal part was bending. I upgraded the metal part yesterday. Now it should be rock solid since it’s 3 of them together and they are all connected now. Will test next week!

why such long rods, how tall are these waves. For my beach with 2-3m waves i use 12ft
I use a pvc pipe with the bottom end cut at an angle. Very cheap and easy to make. Some companies sell them premade. Not sure if you’re familiar with them but something to consider. Tight lines.
