I want to buy a garmin striker 4 for my hoodoo impulse 135 kayak, i believe my kayak has a transducer mount. Does it come with a battery? If not can someone link a battery that works with the garmin striker 4 thats plug and play

No it won’t. You’ll need to hook it up to a small 12v battery.
Doesn’t come with a battery, you’ll need to purchase one. A 7-10ah 12v battery will be plug and play and have enough juice for more than a full day on the water. You can get a traditional sealed one (heavier but cheaper) or a LifePO4 battery (much lighter but more expensive). You will also need a charger and for the LifePO4 battery a LifePO4 charger is required.
I use the Dakota Lithium power box 10ah thing is NOICE!
