Is this a good deal for first kayak?

Hello all,

Have been scouring market place for a possible yak. I’ll use it mainly in lakes maybe some rivers and occasional bay waters in NorCal.

I’m more inclined for something motorized. I don’t know much about the wilderness line up as I’ve been mostly looking at old town.
