I absolutely love these little guys! I have 4, they’re hardy, they’re extremely peaceful, they’re good eaters, not super skittish, and they’re super weird looking which is sort of my thing. I’m not sure what their minimum tank requirements are, I’ve heard 36 gallons, I have mine in a 75. They don’t swim around a ton, mostly staying at the top, but I just love them. Would love to hear from others who have them! First picture is one of mine, the others I stole from google.
I’ll say that I love all my fish, especially my rope fish (so shy), my black spot gar (grouchy and aggressive, live food) and my Amazon leaf fish (live food) but they’re a little more high maintenance than these guys.
