Hi everyone! Looking to buy my first fishing kayak. So far I’ve been looking at the oldtown sportsman 120 (no pdl) but came across a 2016 Hobie on marketplace. Will be used mostly in a lake for cruising and some fishing. Occasional river trips as well. Is this a good deal?

It might be a tough platform to fish on as a beginner but it is fast. $1800 is a bit much for a 2016 Revo 11 though imo unless it comes with a lot of amazing accessories. Try to get it down to 1500
That’s an $800 kayak, not an $1800 one.
Landing gear wheels are also notorious for cracking hulls.
