I've been discussing the idea of fishing rod vending machines, placed by good spots for fishing. So beginner beginners who don't have their own rods can get into fishing. This short survey covers more on the idea, and we really want more fishers opinions, to know if there's any point in this business idea at all

Maybe not a vending machine but a “community library” would be cool.
