My beginner fishing kayak, added some accessories to make a cheap 280$ Lifetime Spitfire kayak into a comfortable fishing kayak( last imagen is the stock kayak for reference ) just something to get me off the bank!
I’m a shorter lighter fella so the 10 ft is enough and pretty stable took it out today with the upgrades i did and it made a big difference, especially that stadium seat I added much more comfortable no discomfort for the 2 hours I was out on the water .
Upgrades/Modifications:
Stadium seat
2 12 in rails
1 Yakattack rod holder
2 rear rod holders
And I just got a really good deal on a trolling motor for it for 40$ in great condition, im just not sure if I want to mount it in the rear somehow or off to the side of the seat ,biggest concern is not being able to reach it or my rods getting in the way if i put it on the rear any ideas or suggestions let me know!
