

2” schedule 40 electrical PVC bunks shaped to contact the hull continuously (this took a lot of time hole-sawing the 4×4’s at the right angle and spacing), 2×8 mounted under cross members supports the trolling motor weight so the hull doesn’t flex while transporting, wood deck allows me to load and unload without stepping in the water, the extra weight of the wood has also reduced the amount of bounce, the trailer was free (my Grandpa bought it in 1974), I spent $400 to install the deck, bunks, safety chains, D-rings, hitch and tongue locks, and new lights and wiring
