Just wondering if I should remove the rest because some of the holes have been punched out but some are still on there. I don't really know how much it matters?

  1. Those do not look like your average skupper holes on a sit on kayak, and you didn’t provide enough information (Brand/model) to help you. I would research your kayak model with photos and compare it to yours.

  2. I would say based on the set of two in the middle, which appear to be partially punched out that these are just likely leftover from the manufacturer process where they weren’t knocked out. You should be able to press them out easily with your thumbs. If you get much resistance, I would make sure they aren’t still fused. Some pics from the other side might help.

  3. My Lifetime Tamarack came like that. I just popped them out with my fingers and then made scupper plugs out of practice golf balls and paracord
