Not the best reference pic, but I think my face tells the story, the trout was measured at 24” and was all of 4-5 lbs in my hand. Thing was inflated like a NFL regulated football I’m pretty sure pregnant but couldn’t really tell. Thought it was a snook for a minute how hard it was fighting.
First flounder right after that unfortunately 1” short of a keeper in my area 🥲
Dolphins came around the corner of the mangrove patch and came right up to me. Locked eyes with the one closest to me and swear to god he gave me a “what’s up” head nod in the water 😂
