Stumbled across this combo and was just wondering why it’s marked down so much? I have several Abus and I like them. Is there something wrong with this specific setup?? Seems like a great deal.

Abu is a good brand. It’s definitely not gonna be as smooth as their higher tier reels but it’ll serve its purpose. And that’s a good rod. So could throw and upgraded reel in there in a couple years.

The quality of the rod is not that good.
