I’ve found what looks like an injection mold but it doesn’t have an injection site. It’s clearly made to be sandwiched together though. How is this used?

Put it together, clamp it and pour the plastic into the end

It looks like an unfinished mold to me. Someone got halfway thru making it and decided to go open pour. For injection, it needs inlet ports and vents.

Pour each half and let it cool, then put together and heat. The halves would melt together then.
