Coastal freshwater creek near Jordan River on Vancouver Island

Coastal Cutthroat? Can't find a fish that looks like the two I found in a creek near the ocean today. Distinct dark, thick stripe, lots of spots. It was easy to see in person, but if course not easy to video 😁 😅 any help appreciated!
