Is this a trout and also is that black spot disease
Caught this little guy in my grandpa's creek which does have trout in it, yet they don't get very big.

Even if you think its a trout (its not its a creek chub) don’t lip trout or any small fish that can easily be held in a hand. Largemouth are really the only fish that can handle it without breaking their jaw. And even then anything over a pound should be held with two. Also wet your hands
