Been on the grind the past few weeks trying to get on my first striper. Finally hooked one after probably like 30+ hrs of fishing the surf and river in total. This was 30 inches and a keeper! I caught another one right after as well. 2oz bucktail got it done for me. This was at Plum Island MA.
