We visited Solvang last week and I fished the Refugio state beach on the way home, a lot of seaweeds floating the surf. Caught baby Hali, nice area and saw only another guy fishing for perch. Caught a few perch using Carolina rig w sand crabs. Will be back next year for longer stay. 💪🏽
