Found this aquarium tank on Facebook market for $50. Looked pretty long, I'm a beginner to fishes. I received 2 common goldfish from a family member because they knew I wanted to get into this.

I impulsively said yes. I currently have them in 2 20 gallon tanks. They're small enough now, but I know they're going to need bigger.

I saw a post about it possibly being not too good if they're not kept in good conditions (e.g. outside), I was wondering how true this is. If not, should I snag this tank? I attached pictures. So far, I've been looking at stands and I don't want to order one (bc they're expensive for this size) if its not worth it :')

Thank you!

I thought id point out that the tank is upside down in the picture (I think). You probably know OP, im just pointing out for others.

Therefore, I think theres damage to the base of the tank, so id avoid this, unless youre planning on fixing it. It looks like the black plastic base thing is half missing and you can see where it snapped on the right. Maybe someone more experienced could chime in and confirm if its unsafe…
