First day kayak fishing! I’m hooked.

First fish caught on the yak was a 22" pike (I know lip grip not ideal for him but he jumped out of my net into the boat so had to make quick moves, luckily no head jerks since he tired himself out before I landed him). Catching big northerns in a kayak is a wild experience!! Pulling LMB on back-to-back casts was a blast, half the fun on the kayak is finding 'em. Started as a bank fisherman with a hand-line two years ago lol.
