Hello all.
I bought the daiwa BG 4000 for the spinning from the shore.
Need an advice, how many line to put on it.
For the fresh water I usually use like 70-100m of the braid, and other part of the spool I am filling with the moonofilament.
Now I have 300m of the braided line (spool capacity is 340), should I use only 150m of the line + moonofilament backing? Or use all 300m with a little of backing?

I’d prefer to put the whole braid bobbin, in order to avoid knots in my reel. Other people uses some mono under and reel half the bobbin of the braid or so. I prefer to fill all with braid, and after a year or two of use (when you see the braid needs a change) just change and bobbin the outer part to the inner part, and use it for a year or 2 more.
