I don't know where the washers
Should I put one or two to fix the line issue
Guide where to put it exactly cz I don't anything should I put under the black thing or above

That line lay isn’t terrible, but just put one on top of the black washer already there. Make a couple long ass casts or tie off to a tree and walk it off and reel it back in under tension and you’ll be good
