Beat the heat and caught 6 rainbows 16-18” between 5:30 and 8:00 this morning, lost one as I was canoeing to the launch similar size around 8:15. Tried some new colors today and it paid off, don’t be afraid to make subtle changes to your baits if you know the presentation is right. All fought wildly, jumping running and dogging all the way to the net. Great way to wrap up the weekend
