I don”t want to send it to them. How will I be able to get the bail?

What’s the story behind this? Drag set too tight and bail snapped? Dropped?

Find a reel repair shop near you or order the parts from Shimano and do it yourself

eReplacementParts.com idk about Diawa, but they carry a lot of reel parts. Or order direct from Diawa.

Im not sure if its physically broken – I cant see. But on some of my older reels the metal arm thing would pop out if I pulled on it hard enough. You might be able to pop it back in then tighten any screws behind where it popped out.

If you got any friends with welding equipment I’d ask them maybe?

Check the part sheet that came with the Saltiga and then you order a new bail through the Daiwa website or go to a tackle shop and they should be able to order a new one.
That being said, impressive you broke off a bail from a Saltiga.
