Does anyone know how to fix these? I have two of them on my kayak that just free spin in circles because they are very lose. I took the little black cap off the top and tried to tighten them down thinking the issue was that they were just lose. Now if I turn the knob to the right it tightens down to the point I can’t turn it anymore and then if I turn it left it will fully loosen back up again. I have no clue how these things work. I bought this native slayer prople 10 lte a week ago and now I can’t use it unless I figure out how these things work. Anyone have any experience with fixing these so they don’t free spin or just cinch down tight?
