Affordable Recommendations for rigging this bad boy up?
I plan to take this out a couple times as is to get a feel for it and see what I may need before buying anything. But recommendations welcome 🙂
Happy to be joining the kayak angler community

Also yes my girl Luna clearly wants to come out with me. Doggy life jacket is on the list lol
Congrats on joining the club. You are going to love it.
My advice is to get a tackle box or crate. Made a huge difference for me moving from bags to a box, plus being able to store extra “stuff” is a huge advantage. I’d also recommend a dedicated rod holder (YakAttack or similar) – you’ll find that the holders that are built in are really only good for transport and even then it can get debatable if you are fishing under cover. Might also consider longer tracks and an anchor trolley, depending on your use case. And if you haven’t considered it or have one already, carbon fiber paddles are worth their weight in gold if you are going to be more active than stationary.
But ultimately the answer is this: Take it out and fish with it – see what works and what doesn’t for you. There’s an absolute flooded market of customizations, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Build up slowly and you’ll have a customized machine before you know it.
2 or 3 waterproof fishing tackle trays.

Attach a rod holder here. Then a paddle clip.
