Still casts well, drag feels right, spool tensions perfectly, no internal hangs when reeling. Probably should be serviced, but everything feels buttery smooth. Code on the bottom indicates it was made in April 1981, production run 00 (first production of the model).
Anyone have any experience using these? What do you spool? Rod specs? Thoughts, opinions?
