Hello I’m hoping someone can inspire me on accessories for my old pescador pro 100. Has anyone done a build or seen one or have a proper idea for one?? I’ve had it for a while and just recently started actually using it lol. (been outside, lines are stretched out and seat screws are rusted but still holds fine)
Is it a good kayak? It doesn’t feel the most stable at 6’3 when I stand up but a little shake here and there doesn’t scare me. It definitely feels good paddling and the seat is super comfy. I like that it blends into the color of the water.
I want to add a trolling motor. Where would I even mount it? I was thinking of adding one of those drilled metal plates on the rear with a bent throttle handle. Has anyone done this? How much Lbs of power can the motor be? I’d like to be able and zoom around much quicker than paddling for longer than a few hours in moderate current.
I’ve bought a pescador matching rod insert, a rail mounted rod holder, and a rail mounted paddle holder. I believe there’s a dedicated slot on the bow of the kayak to fit a fish finder underwater… WHICH MODEL WOULD WORK? impossible to find advice anywhere!
I appreciate all and any help/advice on building this kayak with accessories.

Something with 2D (or DI) and a small transducer. There’s not a whole lot of room in that transducer cavity.
Lowrance’s HDI transducer probably fits Humminbird’s xnt 9 di t might fit. Garmin’s Gt-20…might.
