Found this in an old tackle box. My dad has never seen it.
He thinks maybe his dad bought it… So that would have been like the '50s.
Anyone know what it is? Or what you'd fish with it?
It's definitely some sort of tip water bc it floats.

It is a Worth Flutter Fin. Definitely vintage top water, supposed to be good for bass
