Got this kayak for cheap came without paddle and seat and all that had the screw holes on top for fishing stuff but needs some cleaning up but im not sure how to go about repairing it theres no leaks pic 6 and 7 are the inside where the damage is outside and the rest are the side that isent damaged any advice is appreciated and thank you in advance 🙂

This seems like it’d be a chore to fish out of regardless of what you screw on there’s barley any cockpit space
