This is the ISUZU Charger RDX-202. Old JDM reel from the extraordinary ISUZU Kogyo. The ball bearing spun like crazy, like most old good quality bearings do. This is essentially a copy of an Abu Cardinal 55. It is, however, a good copy and they definitely feel robust and well made.
