Me n my buddy were fishing and his rod tip came off which messed up the line but we got that all sorted out this is the only part that came off I'm just curious if it can be fixed or not because me n him are fishing tonight and I was wondering if this can be fixed or if we need a new pole the rest of the rod is perfectly fine

The rest of the rod is not fine. You can fix it but it takes some time and equipment. Anything special about this rod?
U can’t attach the tip anymore to your rod.
Go to a tackle store and have them put a new tip to your rod
Buy a new rod.
Trim the blank down to the base of the break, lightly sand around the top of the blank, then glue on a new tip on and call it a day.
If you really want to be cheap/quick about it, you can heat the tip top and detach it from the broken blank and reuse it.
Get pliers. Use your dab torch to heat the guide then pull off. That simple. Then get your craft glue stick and also take it to the torch fill the guide with it. Then stick the pieces together. Works like a charm. But gear shops are only $15 to repair so your call.
